Partner assesssment

Partners are awarded on unit based compensation or fixed compensation based on their personal and business unit performance. The overall performance rating, based on the evaluation against the activities under the performance indicators on a balanced scorecard, provides the basis for the unit award or fixed compensation adjustment.

Annual evaluation
The firm has designed key performance indicators for partners that are aligned with the firm's strategic plan and the balanced scorecard. These performance indicators are focused on Client Service, Resource and People management, Market activities, Individual goals attainment and Profitability. Each year, the underlying activities in each of the indicators are established for each partner. These indicators and underlying activities are evaluated at the end of each year in a documented performance review and discussion, which results in an overall performance rating for each partner.
