Quality assurance review - Canada

There are two member firms in Canada:

Grant Thornton LLP
The external regulatory body in Canada, The Canadian Public Accountability Board (CPAB), performs an annual review of audit quality. The firm received its most recent report in February 2008 which confirmed that the firm remains in good standing.

Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton
Inspection by the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) occurred in September 2007 and the draft report is awaited.
The Canadian Public Accountability Board ( the equivalent of PCAOB in Canada) inspection occurred during the fall of 2007. The report imposed  no restriction on the firm.
